This is a theme I originally created for Intrepid Ibex. I never published it because I stoppped working on gnome themes.
I decided to uploaded it now, maybe somebody likes it.
My main goal with this theme was to create one that looks familiar to the old human theme but also new, shiny and polished.
It it based on the pixmap engine, so don't forget to install the engine if it is not already installed.
So here it is:

The Iconset is called Crashbit and you can find it on gnome-look.org.
If you visited this website before, then you probably noticed the new design. I created it because I was a little bit bored and the old design was too heavy.
The main improvement is the new comment style, now the comments are better separated from the main content.
I have reduced the size of all the background images to make the website loads faster.
The site header is also redesigned. The figure in the top left is inspired by my childhood. I was always dressed in rubber boots and a coat, I preferred the simplicity of rubber boots (no laces). ;)

I'm currently involved in the Ubuntu Art Team. I already created an alternative theme for Ubuntu, you can take a look at it in the Ubuntu Artwork Wiki. The theme is not revolutionary, it is more an evolution of the old Human theme. So far nobody in the ubuntu-forums, who has seen it, disliked it.
The wiki is not up to date, I have made some changes to the theme and I have build a deb. I will update the wiki when I have finished the metacity theme.
Update
Changed the design again. The previous one was too cluttered. Lets see how long this one lasts...
Hi folks!
I was able to raise some money with my blogger.com blog (gnomestyle.blogspot.com).
I bought a domain and webspace with this money. Now I can publish my work here, without the damn ugly blogger bar and with new possibilities!
I hope you support this action, and continue to visit my site. :)
